We offer 3 convenient ordering options:


Simply click on the “Order Online” button on right hand side of the page. Select the option that you would like to purchase by clicking on the “Add to Chart” button under the required option. Then fill in your details and delivery information. Select the delivery option you require and submit your order. Then select the desired payment option to complete payment. It’s as easy as that – we’ll then ensure your order gets dispatched the moment payment clears!

Please note our business hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday – Friday. Mail us on with your details, delivery information and contact number, and let us know what you would like to order, the quantity, how you would like it delivered, and which payment method is preferred. We will confirm your order for you and once payment is received we’ll ensure it gets dispatched right away.

Please note: upon dispatch of your order, we will notify you that it has been sent, who it has been sent with, as well as your waybill / tracking number.

We accept payment either by Credit Card or by EFT / direct bank deposit.

If you are placing your order online, during the checkout process you will be prompted to select your desired method of payment. Should you prefer to pay by credit card, your payment will be safely processed on the PayFast ( secure payment gateway. Should you prefer to pay by EFT or direct bank deposit, you will be emailed a pro-forma invoice, along with your order reference number and our banking details. Please use this order reference number as your reference when making payment. Upon completion of payment / deposit, please email us the confirmation of payment or copy of the deposit slip to Alternatively you can fax to 086 741 9599 Please note that cheque deposits may be subject to a waiting period of up to 10 days for bank clearance. All orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment.

If you are ordering by email or telephonically, we will provide you with a reference number as well as our banking details for EFT / Direct Deposit. Payments by credit card for telephonic and email orders are also welcome and can be easily facilitated.

Please note: We take your online security seriously. All credit card transactions will be acquired for via PayFast ( PayFast uses Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption, the highest level of encryption currently available. Users may go to to view their security certificate and security policy. Customer details will be stored separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site.

We offer a variety of delivery options to make your online shopping experience with us as convenient and easy as possible.

South African Orders:

Standard Post Office Delivery: Your order will be sent to your PO Box / nearest post office, anywhere in South Africa. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from date of dispatch.

Speed Services Post Office Delivery: Your order will be sent to your PO Box / nearest post office, anywhere in South Africa. Delivery is overnight from the date of dispatch.

Courier Delivery Direct to your Home / Work: Your parcel will be delivered direct to your door by one of our trusted courier partners. Delivery is usually 1-2 days from date of dispatch, but may take between 3-5 days for regional or remote areas.

International Orders:

Your order will be dispatched through the South African Post Office. A delivery time of 7-10 working days can be expected, depending on your location.

Should you prefer your order to be sent with a courier, this can be arranged, however we do not courier internationally so you would have to make arrangements with a courier company of your choice to collect from our offices, and this will be for your own account.

Free Delivery Promotion:

Should you like to take us up on our great free delivery option, we’d be happy to oblige. Please just note that the free delivery option is only available for Standard Post Office Delivery (3-5 working days) and is not applicable for Speed Services, Courier Delivery or International Delivery options.

Delivery is guaranteed, and all domestic parcels are self-insured by the company. We will gladly replace your parcel at no extra cost to you in the unlikely event that it should be lost or stolen in transit. Should you believe this to be the case, please contact us on 021 554 3123 asap.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will be informed by email or SMS of the tracking or waybill number, as well as the details of service provider used to deliver your order. You can then use the tracking or waybill number to track your order directly with the service provider, either telephonically or online.

Please remember to have your waybill or tracking number handy when contacting them. Should there still seem to be any problem after having contacted the service provider handling your parcel, please email us on and we will then gladly assist where we can.

We stand behind the products we sell. We recognize that although our products have extremely high consumer satisfaction, there is no one product that may work for everyone. If for any reason, within seven (7) days of your purchase, you are not satisfied with our product, you may receive a refund of your purchase price (less total shipping and handling in full). In order to be eligible for a refund, you must have used the product as directed. If you have previously returned our products under this refund policy, any future requests for a refund will not be honored. Please e-mail us with any questions or concerns.

At this stage, Qteez clothing is only available directly from us. This is mainly in order to ensure that you are guaranteed of receiving the original product, and one which has not been diluted or tampered with in any way.

Should we in future provide supply to selected reputable and trustworthy stores or agents, we will list such stores or authorised agents on our website. Please note that if your product is not purchased directly from us, or from one of our LISTED authorized agents, it is likely to be fake.
